The registration will take place on the Kuulaportti

  • Mention your wishes about your team members on the registration form or make sure you have the same team name.
  • The game fee is determined by the faction, payment method, role and options you choose.
  • The advance payment will be closed on Sunday 20.7. at 23.59. After that the tickets can only be paid on site.
  • We also accept Edenred, Smartum and Epassi (only virtual money, no vouchers). You can only pay the ticket with it, not any product options.
  • Purchased ticket is not refundable. If you cannot attend the event, we recommend that you sell your ticket to someone else. 
  • Transferring tickets is allowed as long as the seller or buyer is in contact with the game masters via email at info@ehasa.org. We only need to know the sold tickets ID and new owners name and if an discord account needs to be removed/moved in our closed faction channels. There is a 5 € fee for ticket transfers and it is paid to us with old tickets reference number.
  • Many in-game products will be sold before and during the event at Kuulaportti/check-in but TAG products and some other limited products will only be sold at check-in because of their more limited number.
  • The minimum age is 18 years, but if you are coming with other adults and you are at least 16 years old, then you should send an open application to: info@ehasa.org
  • If the event has to be canceled due to Finnish official regulations or the travel of an individual participant is restricted by their country’s official regulations, we will refund the game fee (-5 € handling fee).

  • The price changes based on the date
  • We will advertise for a new ticket opening beforehand in Discord, if needed.
  • The first due to date for paying the ticket in advance is 17.3.2025. After that it is moved with the price increase.
